Cora Breakfast and Lunch - New Minas: A Brunch Destination for Delicious Delights

Cora's is always a good place to eat. Been in for breakfast and lunch, and must say while their specialty is Breakfast and it is fabulous with an extensive selection, you can find something satisfying any other time if the day as well. The only thing I will say is, a salad option at lunch would be a welcoming addition. Service is always friendly and the wait is not a long one. Have never had a bad experience at Cora's.

This was my first experience at cora and first impression was very nice, staff was very nice. Breakfast was really very fresh and tasty with coffee and also toasts were nicely toasted with butter. I really had a wonderful breakfast and will go again for sure.

I wasn’t a Cora’s fan before but all that’s now changed! I had a 10 star omelette with potatoes and fruit and it was just amazing. My wife had a loaded crepe which looked heavenly. Cora’s you’ve made me a believer!

OK breakfast is breakfast but this is frigging Disney on a plate folks!! Pay a little more who cares it's worth it!! You say well done..it's well done!! I get the Louise's undecided love that chocolate crepe..I swear I will be in a padded room if they run out!! So good..I'm so full!! They have a pizza grilled cheese people!! Come on!! Get in here!! Worth wait!! Thank you Cora!!

We went to Cora for brunch for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. We were served very friendly and were overwhelmed by the large selection of delicious dishes. The food came fairly quickly and was freshly made and hot. Everything was very nicely decorated on the plates with fresh fruit and salad and looked very appetizing. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste either. All in all we are extremely satisfied and will definitely be back soon. We recommend.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I enjoyed the food at Cora Breakfast and Lunch. We went on a Saturday morning, and I expected to have a wait. We called ahead, but they did not take reservations, and we had a group of five people, including a small baby. I have mobility issues, so waiting in line is not ideal. Luckily, there was no wait line, so we were seated fairly quickly. However, because we were a group of five and the baby's car seat could not be on the floor, they did have to rearrange tables. If we had one more person, we could have been seated in another area that would have accommodated our needs perfectly, and we were too big a group to sit at the standard four person table. We didn't mind waiting for this, and the service staff were friendly throughout. Our server was very kind, attentive to our needs, knowledgeable about the menu, and timely. The restaurant was reasonable at the noise level, and we were able to talk to one another and easily hear each other. Our food wait time was also reasonable, and the food was served hot. Their menu offers gluten-free and reasonably priced add ons. The average cost is about $15 to $17 per main course, not including beverages or extra items. There is a variety of breakfast items to choose from, ranging from several types of Eggs Benedict dishes, crepes, waffles, pancakes, and your typical eggs, bacon, hashbrown type breakfast selections. For the person wanting something more like fruit, yogurt, and smoothies, they have a good selection for you. The hashbrowns are not your typical McCain deep-fried potatoes but more of a baked potato type hashbrown. I had my first "bowl" of latte, which is a super large cup of latte that I wasn't able to drink in its entirety. Next time, I will go with just a regular size. The meal was nourishing, and all I ate because it was so filling. Overall, our group was very satisfied with our experience at this restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their selections, which are in the photos below. Parking is free in a shared parking lot. The parking lot is busy. The washrooms were clean. The restaurant is accessible for those with mobility issues and located in a one level strip mall. I will definitely go again!

I wanted to take my wife out for Sunday breakfast as a treat. Our usual breakfast spot was closed for renovations so we decided to check out Cora's. Our waitress was great! She was polite and always had a smile on her face. All the staff there did. She was attentive and the food came out very quick! Everything tasted great, I would definitely eat here again
